This two week challenge is designed to shake things up and boost your metabolism! If you have been working out with me for a while I want you to try the Advanced Schedule and if you are brand new to SBF or requiring a lower impact plan, then I encourage you to follow the Beginner Schedule. With both calendars I am encouraging a 30 minute walk on your lower body days, especially if you have been following the 7 day workout plans. Feel free to break up your day by adding the walk in the morning or after dinner to shake things up as well!
